Rosemary, British, 60+
Retired nurse. Rosemary has very sensitive taste buds and she is an excellent cook. She took part in Olchi's sensory practice and won the game by guessing all the descriptors in coffee from Ethiopia. Congrats to Rose!
Oksana, Ukrainian, 30+
Oksana works in IT. A regular customer of Olchi roastery for 5 years. Participated in Olchi's sensory practice and learnt to distinguish between cocoa and the main flavours in Latin American coffee. Keep up the good work, Oksana!
