We aim to provide accurate descriptions, photographs and product information.

Coffee is an agricultural product, and natural variations in flavour, aroma and appearance may occur between origins, harvests and batches.

Such natural variations do not automatically constitute a product defect.

Product ingredients and allergen information will be provided as required by applicable food information legislation.

4. Availability

All products are subject to availability.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable after payment, we will contact the customer and arrange an appropriate solution, including a refund where necessary.

5. Prices and Payment

All website prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).

Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Payments must be completed using the payment methods available at checkout.

6. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order.

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Customers must provide accurate delivery information.

We remain responsible for delivery in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.

8. Returns and Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains the applicable cancellation, return and refund procedures.

Nothing in that policy or these Terms & Conditions limits statutory rights relating to faulty, defective, damaged or incorrectly described goods.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including brand names, logos, photographs, product descriptions, graphics and designs, belongs to Olchi Coffee or is used with permission.

Content may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without prior written permission.
